The two-day event (14<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 15<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> October) brought together leading policymakers, researchers, and practitioners to explore how data, partnerships, and technology can strengthen public-sector innovation and citizen-centric governance. At the symposium, Dr Urmila Chatterjee<\/span><b>,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Executive Director, DPIC, delivered a presentation titled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cData as a Catalyst for Innovation \u2013 Unlocking the Power of Public\u2013Private Partnerships.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Drawing on DPIC\u2019s experience in building data-driven solutions with the Government of Odisha, she spoke about the need to modernize state data infrastructure, invest in public data capabilities, and foster equitable collaborations between government, academia, and industry.
